Chick-fil-A Celebrates OTC Spirit Night In support of Ogeechee Technical College's annual campaign for giving, iGot, or I Gave to Ogeechee Tech, Chick-fil-A in Statesboro hosted OTC Spirit Night on Monday, May 14th. Between 5:00pm and 8:00pm the restaurant donated 10% of all sales to the iGot campaign. Ogeechee Tech employees and Foundation Board members assisted at the restaurant during the three hours by busing tables, assisting diners, and generally welcoming and thanking those who supported the cause by dining at Chick-fil-A that evening. With the percentage of sales and tips that were received, several hundred dollars were raised in support of Ogeechee Tech. OTC President, Dr. Dawn Cartee, said, "This was a great way for Chick-fil-A to support our iGot campaign." "It also was a fun event that helped us get out and meet people in the community," she concluded. Hopefully Chick-fil-A Spirit Night for OTC will become an annual event.
