Job Fair Held at Ogeechee Tech Employers representing 67 different companies had the chance to interact with students and members of the public at Ogeechee Technical College last week as Ogeechee Tech, the Georgia Department of Labor, and Coastal Workforce Development joined forces for a job fair. With over 300 attendees present, many with resumes in hand, employers were able to see many prospective employees at one location in a short amount of time. “A job fair such as this is always an efficient way for employers and those seeking jobs to maximize their respective efforts by so many of each group being in one place at one time,” stated Ogeechee Tech Career Services Coordinator, Larry Bowen, who coordinated the event for the College.
